The Reapportionment Commission did not meet its backup redistricting deadline of November 30th, 2021 for congressional district maps. A final opportunity for commission members to reach agreement by Jan. 12th, 2022 was given by a state supreme court-appointed Special Master.
On Jan. 18th the Special Master published his congressional map plan and report for consideration by the state supreme court–and the supreme court adopted new congressional maps on February 11th, 2022.
State House and Senate maps were approved before Nov. 30. Click here for the backup timeline and procedures.
