Doch das gefährliche Urteil des Obersten Gerichtshofs zur Immunität des Präsidenten gefährdet diesen Grundsatz und verstößt gegen die Rechenschaftspflicht, die Rechtsstaatlichkeit und unsere Verfassung.
Der Kongress muss eine Verfassungsänderung verabschieden, die dauerhaft erklärt, dass kein Amerikaner über dem Gesetz steht – nicht einmal ehemalige Präsidenten – und es Präsidenten verbietet, sich selbst zu begnadigen.
