Solomón, formerly CEO of the League of
Women Voters, is Common Cause’s tenth president, the fourth
woman, and the first Hispanic person to lead the organization in the
permanent role. She is recognized nationally for her
leadership, having testified before Congress on election administration
multiple times. In 2020, she was named in Menschen auf Spanisch
Most Powerful Women of the Year list, and in 2022, 2023 and 2024, she was
named one of the 500 Most Influential People in Washington by Washingtonian Magazin.
