Hoy, Common Cause y la Prison Policy Initiative instaron a la Oficina del Censo de los Estados Unidos a cambiar la forma en que cuenta las poblaciones carcelarias cada década. But, Ryan said, he had never seen anyone do it at the scale Trump has.
