In the second day of Supreme Court confirmation hearings, Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) pressed Judge Kavanaugh on whether he would recuse in future cases he may be called on to decide that concern President Trump’s civil or criminal liability. This line of questioning is very important given ongoing Department of Justice investigations that involve the president and his associates.
