In 2023, eleven states passed laws making it harder to cast a mail ballot – and, in 2024, this disturbing trend has continued. [1]
Let’s be clear: these new laws do NOTHING to secure our elections and only serve to make it more difficult for eligible voters to cast a mail ballot.
Mail-in voting is a paper-based system that is safe and accessible. It can easily be audited to ensure election results are correct — and it has already been tested and proven secure in states across the country.
