Chris Melody Fields Figueredo is the Executive Director of Ballot Initiative Strategy Center (BISC), and former election protection staff member for Common Cause. She brings a wealth of experience working directly with our state affiliates, and is a national expert in direct democracy. She has extensive experience working with c3/c4 organizations, building organizational financial resiliency, and supporting organizational change management. She is based in Washington DC.
