Last week, Peter Sagal and his Harley-Davidson came to Baltimore to talk to Common Cause about redistricting reform. Maryland’s Congressional districts were found to be the least compact, most gerrymandered in the country last year, and Sagal shows this by following me on a four-block walk through three Congressional districts in northeast Baltimore.
