Today United States District Court Judge Amy Totenberg issued a preliminary injunction in Curling v. Raffensperger preventing the state of Georgia from continuing to use its insecure paperless voting machines in elections after 2019. The lawsuit challenged the state’s use of the Accuvote TS voting machine. Common Cause Georgia Files Complaint Against Georgia State Charter School Commission
Common Cause Georgia today filed a complaint with the state's Inspector General to investigate recently revealed payments and offers of payments by a state vendor to state employees, as well as the same state vendor's transparency law violations. We also urge the state employee who accepted these payments to return them immediately.
