ERG는 조직이 피드백을 수집하고 신뢰를 높이고, 인재를 찾고, 보다 다양하고 포용적인 Common Cause로 이어질 프로세스를 구현하는 데 도움이 됩니다. ERG는 모든 파트타임 및 풀타임 직원에게 개방됩니다.
