ERG એ કર્મચારીની આગેવાની હેઠળના જૂથો છે જે સંગઠનાત્મક મિશન, મૂલ્યો, ધ્યેયો, પ્રથાઓ અને ઉદ્દેશ્યો સાથે સંરેખિત વૈવિધ્યસભર, સમાવિષ્ટ કાર્યસ્થળને પ્રોત્સાહન આપીને સભ્યો અને સંસ્થાઓ માટે સંસાધન તરીકે સેવા આપે છે. વિવિધ જીવંત અનુભવો અને સંશોધનોએ દર્શાવ્યું છે કે ERGs કર્મચારીઓને તેમની ભૂમિકાઓ અને સંસ્થામાં સ્થાયી થવામાં, સાંભળવામાં, ભાવિ નેતાઓને વિકસાવવામાં અને કર્મચારીઓની સંલગ્નતા વધારવામાં મદદ કરે છે.
