In 2024, Minnesota legislators enacted a state Voting Rights Act (MVRA), and we need to ensure that Minnesota voters can leverage the rights afforded in this legislation! We must amend the MVRA to require the collection of data regarding instances of voting rights violations and election process deviations in a centralized and secure manner and give voters access to that data so they can determine if there’s been a voting rights violation and allow for remediation.
