In January and February 2024 Common Cause Minnesota hosted a series of Community Advocacy Leadership Workshops. During these workshops we discussed two levels of advocacy.  

Our Advocates in Training session was geared towards those with a beginner-intermediate understanding of our legislative process; perfect for those who are new to grassroots advocacy, navigating our Capitol campus, and the legislative website. 

Our Democracy Lobby Champions training was for those with an intermediate to advanced understanding of our legislative process; this content is great for individuals who want to build their advocacy and lobby skills so they can directly engage on bills they want to support, like our grassroots people-centered & driven redistricting reforms bill.
