Join us on Thursday, August 15 at 7:00 p.m. for a virtual forum that delves into the pressing need for robust judicial ethics and meaningful reform for the United States’ highest court. 

Expert panelists include:

  • Gabe Roth, Executive Director, Fix the Courts
  • Lisa Graves, founder and Executive Director, True North Research 

Last year, the US Supreme Court established a voluntary code of conduct. Since then, we have learned more about the undisclosed travel and gifts given to justices by those with a stake in the important decisions made by our highest court.

These experts will explore the consequences of recent gifts, the potential conflicts of interest that they present, and the refusal on the part of the justices to recuse themselves when such situations arise. They will also delve into reform options including those recently proposed by President Joe Biden.
