Aktivisten für Wahlrechte bekräftigen ihre Unterstützung für HR1, nachdem LaRose eine Erklärung abgegeben hat
Als sich Ohios Außenminister Frank LaRose gegen den For The People Act (HR1) aussprach, gab die Ohio Voter Rights Coalition eine Erklärung heraus, in der sie ihre Unterstützung für dieses äußerst wichtige Gesetz zur Stärkung unserer Demokratie bekräftigte.

The Ohio Voter Rights Coalition (OVRC) issued a statement today in support of H.R.1 after Ohio’s Secretary of State called on Congress to “reject HR 1, a dangerous, sweeping federal takeover of elections.”
H.R.1 is in no way a federal takeover of elections. It sets baseline standards for elections to protect voters and strengthen election security. It also addresses the influence of money in politics, and ethical standards for government. Read more about the bill and how to support it.
