Last year, the US Supreme Court established a voluntary code of conduct. Since then, we have learned more about the undisclosed travel and gifts given to justices by those with a stake in the important decisions made by our highest court.

These experts will explore the consequences of recent gifts, the potential conflicts of interest that they present, and the refusal on the part of the justices to recuse themselves when such situations arise.
