Избранный президент Дональд Трамп до сих пор не подписал юридические документы, включая этическое обязательство, необходимые для официального начала передачи власти его администрацией. But politicians in power today are not living up to that ideal. Texas is the fourth-most difficult state to vote in by one analysis and 41st in the nation when it comes to voter turnout.
