Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
Ang mga ERG ay mga grupong pinamumunuan ng empleyado na nagsisilbing mapagkukunan para sa mga miyembro at organisasyon sa pamamagitan ng pagpapaunlad ng magkakaibang, inklusibong lugar ng trabaho na naaayon sa misyon, mga halaga, layunin, kasanayan, at layunin ng organisasyon.
