He has proven time and time again that he is not fit to carry out the DOJ’s duty to protect voting rights and civil rights for all Americans. The Senate must REJECT his nomination for Attorney General.

Justice Neil Gorsuch MUST recuse himself from Seven County Infrastructure Coalition v. Eagle County, Colorado.
Given his close relationship with billionaire oil baron Philip Anschutz, he cannot be trusted to rule impartially in this case — which could lead to a rollback of environmental protections and major profits for his Big Oil friends.
