No more rigged electoral maps
This week, a crucial trial is under way in Judge Barbara Crabb’s courtroom in Madison. The outcome could have a huge impact not only here in Wisconsin but across the country.

Sa nakalipas na 22 taon, si Jay Heck ay naging Executive Director ng Common Cause sa Wisconsin. Siya ang punong tagapagsalita at namumuno sa organisasyon sa lahat ng aspeto ng operasyon nito. Bilang karagdagan sa paglo-lobby para sa CC/WI, si Jay ay gumagawa at namamahala sa lahat ng pangangalap ng pondo, lehislatibo at diskarte sa programa, pagpapakita sa media, mga posisyon sa mga isyu (sa konsultasyon sa CC/WI Board), at lahat ng iba pang aktibidad, kabilang ang pangangasiwa ng mga kawani at pagtukoy ng badyet mga priyoridad at pagpapatupad.
Bago sumali sa CC/WI noong 1996, gumugol si Jay ng walong taon bilang nangungunang adviser at legislative strategist para sa Wisconsin State Senate Majority Leader at walong taon bilang legislative director at campaign director at punong fund raiser para sa isang Miyembro ng US House of Representatives . Nagsilbi rin siya bilang isang direktor ng estado at miyembro ng kawani para sa isang kandidato sa pagkapangulo ng US.
Si Jay ay mayroong Bachelor of Arts na may mga karangalan sa agham pampulitika at kasaysayan.
