Jill Greene

Voting and Election Manager

Expertise

Meet Jill…

After earning my master’s degree in history from West Chester University, I began my professional career in local government administration, where I learned about the intricacies of municipal government and the interplay of various government departments through federal, state, and local levels. During this time, I also served on several municipal boards and as an election official. Later I accepted a position as executive director of the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania where I fought for voting rights and good government reforms, and I was proud to stand with my colleagues as Governor Wolf signed Act 77, the most significant update to Pennsylvania’s election law in over 80 years, into law. During the 2020 election I worked with Common Cause PA to assess and monitor county election resiliency plans to ensure a free and fair election. I am thrilled to rejoin the fight to protect the rights of every single voter in Pennsylvania. I have been an advocate for civic engagement since high school and I am passionate about helping people understand complex issues in a way that empowers and inspires them.
