Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) 

Ang mga ERG ay mga grupong pinamumunuan ng empleyado na nagsisilbing mapagkukunan para sa mga miyembro at organisasyon sa pamamagitan ng pagpapaunlad ng magkakaibang, inklusibong lugar ng trabaho na naaayon sa misyon, mga halaga, layunin, kasanayan, at layunin ng organisasyon. Ipinakita ng iba't ibang karanasan at pananaliksik na tinutulungan ng mga ERG ang mga empleyado na tumira sa kanilang mga tungkulin at sa organisasyon, marinig, bumuo ng mga pinuno sa hinaharap, at dagdagan ang pakikipag-ugnayan ng empleyado. Tinutulungan ng mga ERG ang organisasyon na mangalap ng feedback at pataasin ang tiwala, maghanap ng talento, at magpatupad ng mga proseso na magdadala sa atin sa isang mas magkakaibang at inklusibong Common Cause. Ang mga ERG ay bukas sa lahat ng part- at full-time na staff.
