Trump phải ký cam kết đạo đức và các tài liệu chuyển giao

Tổng thống đắc cử Donald Trump vẫn chưa ký các văn bản pháp lý – bao gồm một cam kết về đạo đức – cần thiết để chính thức bắt đầu quá trình chuyển giao quyền lực của chính quyền ông. Các ứng cử viên thường nộp các văn bản này trước cuộc bầu cử khá lâu. The agreement came more than three years after two watchdog groups, Common Cause and the Campaign Legal Center, filed formal complaints about a July 2019 fundraising email for Kobach’s U.S. Senate campaign.
