Trump phải ký cam kết đạo đức và các tài liệu chuyển giao

Tổng thống đắc cử Donald Trump vẫn chưa ký các văn bản pháp lý – bao gồm một cam kết về đạo đức – cần thiết để chính thức bắt đầu quá trình chuyển giao quyền lực của chính quyền ông. The approach obscures the sway donors have on politicians’ decisions, said Catherine Turcer, executive director of Common Cause Ohio, a government watchdog group.
