Trump phải ký cam kết đạo đức và các tài liệu chuyển giao

Tổng thống đắc cử Donald Trump vẫn chưa ký các văn bản pháp lý – bao gồm một cam kết về đạo đức – cần thiết để chính thức bắt đầu quá trình chuyển giao quyền lực của chính quyền ông. Các ứng cử viên thường nộp các văn bản này trước cuộc bầu cử khá lâu. But Suzanne Almeida, director of state operations for Common Cause, said late Tuesday that monitors were relieved by how quiet the day had been.
