Once a citizen has served their time, their right to vote, serve on juries, hold public office, act as a notary public, and carry a firearm should be restored.  

It is past time for the Commonwealth to end this discriminatory practice that puts Virginia at the bottom of the list across the nation in terms of how returning citizens are treated.
