Virginia commission created by Governor McAuliffe will examine redistricting reform.
Gov. Terry McAuliffe of Virginia announced the creation of a commission that will study nonpartisan redistricting and other issues. Bill Bolling, a former Republican lieutenant governor, and Rick Boucher, a former Democratic Member of Congress, will lead the commission.
